This will print a page showing which imagePASS you have. Then press Printer Status/Settings > Functions > Print Pages> Configuration. On the copier touch panel, select the Printer tab (you may have to press the arrow in the top right hand corner to see the Printer tab). But I'm wondering if your issue is with using the C2 ppd when printing to a C1? I would have said that you can determine which model it is by checking the WebTools page, but since this is not loading then you will either have to rely on checking what the PCs are using or printing a config page from the copier. From what I can find, the C1 with v2.1 system is basically the same as the C2 with system 1.0. There is an imagePASS C1 and an imagePASS C2. The problem now with the tray select may still be ppd related. Explains why the PS driver and PPD weren't working.
